Inkhari Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. POLICY APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE

This Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy ("Policy") is an integral part of the Inkhari Terms and Conditions. It governs all transactions involving products and services purchased from or booked through Inkhari LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") via https://www.inkhari.com or any associated platform.

By initiating any purchase or booking, you ("Client," "Customer," "you") expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

2. OVERARCHING PRINCIPLES

2.1. Finality of Sale. All sales and bookings are considered final upon completion of payment, subject only to the specific exceptions outlined herein or as required by non-waivable provisions of applicable consumer law.

2.2. Nature of Offerings. Due to the custom-made, time-reserved, personalized, and/or digital nature of our offerings, standard return policies are not applicable. Most purchases and bookings are expressly non-refundable.

2.3. Good Faith Execution. We commit to fulfilling all orders and appointments with due care, skill, and diligence. This Policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and the sustainable operation of our small business.

3. POLICIES FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES

3.1. Production & Customization. All jewelry and accessories are handcrafted to order upon receipt of your payment. Consequently, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

3.2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items. The following are strictly not eligible for refund, return, or exchange:

  • All made-to-order and custom-designed pieces.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Any product that has been altered, damaged after delivery, or worn.

  • Personalized or engraved items.

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, content).

3.3. Damaged or Incorrect Items. If you receive an item that is (a) substantially different from its described material composition, (b) defective in workmanship, or (c) arrived damaged due to shipping, you must notify us via email at [inkharishop@gmail.com] within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

Your notification must include:

  • Order number.

  • Detailed photographs/video clearly showing the issue.

  • A written description of the discrepancy or damage.

Upon validation of the claim, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  • Repair of the item (where feasible).

  • Creation of a replacement.

  • Issuance of a store credit for the item's value.

  • A full or partial refund.

Return shipping costs for validated claims will be borne by us. We reserve the right to require the return of the original item before issuing any remedy.

3.4. Change of Mind / Sizing. We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges due to change of mind, accidental order, or incorrect size selection (unless the error stems from an incorrect size chart we provided). Please review your order carefully prior to purchase.

4. POLICIES FOR SPIRITUAL & 1:1 SERVICES

4.1. Non-Refundable Service Fees. All fees for booked sessions (including but not limited to Feminine Healing, Shamanic Energy Healing, Tarot/Oracle Readings, and any future 1:1, group, or in-person offerings) are non-refundable. This policy reflects the reserved time, preparatory work, and perishable nature of the service.

4.2. Client-Initiated Cancellation. If you must cancel a booked session, the following credits may be applied toward a future session, valid for six (6) months from issuance:

More than 72 hours before session:

100% Session Credit

 

Between 48 and 72 hours before session:

50% Session Credit

 

Less than 48 hours before session:

No Credit / No Refund

 

No-Show (failure to attend):

No Credit / No Refund

4.3. Client-Initiated Rescheduling.

  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested more than 72 hours in advance, subject to our availability.

  • Requests made 48–72 hours in advance require payment of a 50% rescheduling fee of the original session price.

  • Requests made less than 48 hours in advance are not permitted; the session will be considered forfeited.

  • Subsequent rescheduling requests for the same booking may be declined or incur additional fees.

4.4. Inkhari-Initiated Cancellation/Rescheduling. In the rare event we must cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and offered: a full refund, a 100% session credit, or priority rescheduling at your convenience, with no additional fees.

5. POLICIES FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS & RECORDINGS

Once a digital product (including session recordings, audio files, or downloadable content) is delivered via email or a secure download link, the transaction is complete. As the product is non-returnable and deemed "consumed" upon delivery or access, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A REQUEST

All requests related to this Policy must be submitted in writing to: inkharishop@gmail.com.

Please include in your email:

  • Your full name and order/booking number.

  • The date of the transaction.

  • A clear subject line (e.g., "Damage Claim: Order #12345").

  • For product issues: detailed photographic evidence.

  • For service changes: the original session date and time.

We will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and strive to provide a resolution or update within seven (7) business days.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

7.1. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation directly with us.
7.2. This Policy and all transactions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.3. You agree that any claim not resolved informally shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions outlined in our Terms and Conditions (including exclusive jurisdiction in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia).

8. LEGAL RIGHTS PRESERVATION

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or waive any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be lawfully limited by contract.

9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at our discretion. The updated version will be posted on our Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes will apply to transactions occurring after the posted effective date.
