• Standard Processing: Production time is typically 1–2 weeks from order confirmation and cleared payment, prior to shipment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

• Potential Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by material sourcing, supply chain disruptions, order volume, custom requests, force majeure events, or postal/carrier delays.

• Shipping Estimates: Any shipping timelines provided are estimates only and depend on carrier service and destination. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

3.3. Handmade Variations & Characteristics.

• Inherent Variations: Due to the handmade nature and use of natural materials, variations in color, size, shape, texture, stone placement, patina, finish, and weight are intrinsic characteristics of the product and are not considered defects. Product images are representative; actual items may differ slightly.

• Intentional Artistic Elements: Some pieces may intentionally feature organic asymmetry, natural imperfections, tool marks, or variations that celebrate the artisanal process and contribute to the item's uniqueness.

3.4. Materials & Care. Materials listed in product descriptions are based on information from our suppliers. Natural stones and materials may exhibit variations. Future offerings may include additional 1:1 sessions, in-person sessions, or group sessions (online or in-person).

4.2. Nature & Purpose Disclaimer.

• For Personal & Spiritual Exploration Only: All Spiritual Services are provided solely for the purposes of entertainment, personal insight, spiritual exploration, self-reflection, and general intuitive guidance.

4.5. Session Delivery & Client Responsibility. Sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom or delivered as audio/video recordings as specified at booking. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, compatible hardware/software, and a private, appropriate environment for your session.

4.6. Intellectual Property in Recordings. Where a session is recorded and provided to you, Inkhari LLC retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the recording. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the recording for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publishing, selling, publicly performing, broadcasting, or uploading session recordings to any public platform or to third parties.

5. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, & TAXES

5.1. Payment Authorization. All purchases require full payment at the time of order via our authorized payment gateways. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
