Feminine Wisdom Integration
FEMININE HEALING SESSION
A Gentle Remembrance
These 1:1 sessions are designed to support women reconnect with their feminine essence through the many phases of life — honoring their bodies, sensuality, intuition, and inner wisdom.
Claudina is a trained, feminine energy practitioner who uses guided conversation, embodied practices, and spiritual tools to create a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and return to yourself. The sessions follow a grounded approach to assist you practically and energetically in a way that feels natural to what you need at the moment in your life.
Through natural practices, Claudina aligns you further with your cycle, your connection to yourself, your physical and energetic fields, the Earth, and your life.
Each session meets you exactly where you are.
This is not about fixing or striving, but about remembering and integrating.

Your softness is not weakness,

How to Prepare & Integrate
Before your reading
Set aside a quiet, private space where you can be fully present with yourself. You may wish to have a journal, water, or any objects that help you feel grounded and supported.
Arrive without expectation — these sessions are guided by intuition and meet you exactly where you are.
After your session
Because these sessions are recorded, you are invited to return to the practices and reflections as often as needed. Integration happens gently, through repetition, awareness, and self-compassion. Allow what surfaced to settle naturally rather than seeking immediate resolution.
These offerings are ceremonial in nature and are intended to support reflection, energetic alignment, and personal insight. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
