What does made-to-order mean?
It means that when you place an order, I will immediately get to work on that particular piece. It will take 5-7 business days at most to handcraft before I ship it to you.
What is your return policy?
We do our best to provide you with quality jewelry pieces and want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund.
Please return all items in new condition, unused and undamaged in a package with a tracking number.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for covering the re-shipping fees.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
• Please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and let me know what you would like to return
• You are responsible for shipping your return. I recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
• The package must by postmarked within 5 days of the return being authorized.As soon as I receive your returned order, I will let you know and initiate your refund, minus the cost of shipping.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
Inkhari ships domestic orders (United States) through USPS, which will usually take 2-9 business days to be delivered. However, destinations in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may take longer.
International orders can take up to 7-21 days to be delivered.
